Section XXI - Return, refund, exchange and warranty

 

 

Subject to applicable limitations and conditions, we are proud to offer you a full refund on an unused product, unopened and in their original packaging. Barbaware does not accept product returns for which the packaging has been opened, damaged or destroyed. The refund offered in the case of an eligible return merchandise solely apply to the price of the product (s) purchased. Thus said, shipping, handling, taxes and other costs other than the price of the product are non-refundable.
 
When you want to return a product, you are responsible returning the product(s) purchased at your expense. We strongly advise sending the goods with a shipping method including insurance and a tracking number. We are not responsible for return shipping of the product(s), be damaged or lost. We will not be able either to make a refund if the product is returned to us damaged, or it is lost during return shipping.
 
If you wish to request a Return Merchandise (RMA) of one or more products, you can proceed in two ways:
 

A) In your Barbaware account, go to the details of the order concerned and follow the instructions to complete a RMA application form. Don't ship any item without having received a confirmation from us.
 

B) Click on the tab ''Contact us'' and send us a message containing the following information and wait for a confirmation from us:
 

- Your full name
 

- The e-mail address linked to your order
 

- Your address and phone number
 

- Your Barbaware order number
 

- A description of the problem and the product (s)

  

We will issue a full refund in the same way that the article was paid for the full amount of the returned product, without taxes and shipping and handling charges, and that, when the product has been returned following our conditions above and in a time of 30 days after the original delivery of your order. Note that if you sent us a product return request after more than 30 days but less than six months from the date of order, we will issue a store credit only.
 
We do not accept product return requests if the order was made more than six months ago.
 
Once the defective product is returned to us, there may be a delay of 10 working days to process the return and for the refund to be completed. Note that it may also be that your financial institution takes up to 7 business days to complete the refund process.
 
We do not do an exchange for returned goods.
 
All products purchased on Barbaware are delivered by a third party delivery company according to the supply contract, you become the owner of the product (s) and shall assume the risk of damage and losses from the time of delivery by Barbaware the third party delivery company.
