Processing orders

 

Barbaware knows that you're already using all your patience to grow your beard. That's why we do everything we can to make sure that your goods come to you as fast as possible. Usually, Barbaware ships orders from its online store in less than 24 hours. If you place your order before 5:00 p.m. (UTC-5), it will be shipped, first thing in the morning, the very next day. That being said, as gentlemen, you'll understand that—despite our best efforts—the processing time may be longer than 24 hours due to weekends, high order volume or during the holiday season. However, for all our North American customers, the average time between purchase and delivery of your goodies is about 7 days.

All our orders are shipped with a tracking number so that you can check the shipping label, know where your package is at any given time, and know the date your package will be delivered. With the exception of parcels sent to France/Europe by standard shipping method. Tracking numbers provided by Canada Post are updated daily so that you can have the most current information on the location and status of your package. Note that, if you order from outside of Canada, your package will be taken care of by your local post office. For example, in the United States, USPS will take charge of the delivery of the package, from outside the Canadian border all the way to your doorstep. It’s possible to track your package with the tracking number that is provided by other postal institutions, like USPS, or by platforms like 17Track. However, in these situations, it may be that your postal institution does not update the tracking number until the package has passed through customs. Please also be aware that, once the tracking number is forwarded to you, up to 24 hours can pass before it displays any information.
