Section XX - Shipping and loss
Please refer to the shipping & delivery policy section of our sites to be aware of all details regarding shipping. The shipping & delivery policy section is, therefore, an integral part of these conditions of use.
Please also note that shipping dates, delivery dates, and deadlines are estimates only and are by no means guaranteed. Barbaware is not liable for any damage, loss, inconvenience or costs resulting from delays in the delivery of an order.
Barbaware is not responsible for any of the errors that you can do in relation to the content of an order, the shipping information such as address or if you are not present to receive your package. In the event where an error was done to one of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the changes if possible. In the case where your order is returned to us due to a data entry error, we can:
A) Make a refund in such a case of non-delivery if you decide to cancel your order, then we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund and all other applicable charges.
B) Ship it again, in such a case, an additional shipping fee will be charged to proceed with the return of your order.
The risk of loss of product (s) ordered through our site is/ are transferred upon delivery of the product (s) to the carrier. For example, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we have no control and are not responsible on loss, damages, and/or weather-related damages such as, but not limited to breaks of products due to frost or damage by water.
