Section VIII - Severability

 

In the event that any provision of this agreement is declared to be void, voidable, illegal or unenforceable by a judicial or other competent authority, we will amend these provisions in a reasonable and realistic way for the parties concerned, without illegality, or at our discretion. This kind of provision can be severed from this Agreement without affecting the other provisions of this Agreement that they remain in force and in full effect.
