Section IX - Applicable law and dispute

 

The present Agreement and all matters that may arise are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable province whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to this Agreement and the place of performance of this agreement is approved by you to be Canada.
