Charles Darwin

Born in the early 1800s, Charles Robert Darwin was a renowned naturalist and geologist. He was also known for his science contributions and for his evolution theory, which stated that human beings descended from common ancestors. In 1859, he published the results of his research supported by very strong evidence in a book called "On the Origin of Species." Today we can see Darwin and his glorious beard on the 10 pounds British bills.

Che Guevara

The Argentine Che Guevara has certainly become one of the most important icons of the left wing. Recognized as one of the leaders of the Cuban revolution, he helped Fidel Castro in his guerrilla to defeat the dictator Fulgencio Batista. Although Che Guevara wore a rather short beard style (stubble), he would probably be a whole other character without his facial hair.

Colonel Sanders

From this list, it is undoubtedly the face that you will have less trouble recognize. Yes, this is the Colonel Sanders. David Harland Sanders is internationally known as one of the great pioneers of fast food and fried chicken. Holder of the secret recipe of the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Colonel Sanders is for too many men a fictional character. Obviously, this isn't the case. Today, Mr. Sanders is the Ambassador and the representative of the KFC restaurant chain. We can find his Van Dyke on all KFC fried chicken buckets.

Salvador Dali

Salvador Dali was an imaginative Spanish painter with an unusual and eccentric behavior. His behavior and actions often drew more public attention than his artwork. However, to carry such a mustache, Dali was certainly creative and proud of himself. Like his style of painting, Dali had a curvy look and his mustache was completely surreal. Salvador Dali's mustache is probably the most epic of history.
