Section XIX - Discount codes, promotions and gift certificates

 

Barbaware gift certificates, also known as gift certificates or gift vouchers can only be redeemed against the purchase of product (s) on our sites. You're prayed to process your gift certificates as veritable money, Barbaware will not be held responsible if such a gift certificate is stolen, lost, destroyed or used without your permission or inadvertently. Except to the extent required by current laws, gift certificates cannot be resold, recharged, redeemed, transferred or exchanged against their cash value. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable after being purchased. Except in provinces where the laws require it. When using a gift certificate and entering the reference code of it to the payment page, you are responsible for the protection and confidentiality of your code and Barbaware will not be held responsible for the no permitted using of such a code. Gift certificates can not be used to purchase other gift certificates and can not be combined with any other coupon. The gift certificate has no expiration and we do not charge service fees for non-use of such a certificate.
 
Sometimes we offer discounts or promotions offered in the form of discount coupons, also known as coupon codes, coupons, promotional discounts, voucher or promotional coupons on our sites or other forms of advertising. These Vouchers can provide a reduction of the price in $ or %, according to the promotion, to be applied to the purchase of any goods or to purchase a particular product. Promotions codes are governed by the following rules, without limitation:
 

A) The reductions announced on these sites are void in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.

D) The discount applies only to the product price before taxes and shipping and handling charges.

F) The coupons can not be combined between them, matched to a sale, a special or a price already discounted.
 

G) The coupons are only for eligible products while supplies last.
 

H) The reduction beget a promotion code sets the minimum threshold of purchase of our free shipping offer. See shipping section for details.
 

I) Barbaware reserves the right at any time to change or cancel without notice discount coupons.
