Section XI - Information Sharing

 

Barbaware will never sell your personal information. By cons, we may need to share some of your personal information with other companies to provide services such as shipping or delivery.
 
We may need to share some of your information with partners, service providers or to persons or companies acting on our behalf for limited purposes. For example, we may share information with a person or with partners including, but not limited to delivery, marketing, planning, execution, sending email on behalf of Barbaware, payments or other maintenance.
 
All third party partners with whom Barbaware operates and who are authorized to use your personal information, are only allowed to use your information to perform the service for which they are hired and must at all times respect the terms of our policy confidentiality. They must also take reasonable steps to protect all the information shared and must also comply with all legal requirements regarding the confidentiality of your information.
