Section XXIII - No waiver

 

In the event where Barbaware would fail to apply all provisions of these terms of use or fail to respond to a breach by you or a third party of these same conditions, the right of Barbaware to later invoke the terms of use contained herein or act in respect of similar offenses in the future cannot in any case be terminated.
