Section XI - Entire Agreement

 

All documents referred specifically in this Agreement and these terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Barbaware on the subject matter and supersede any arrangements, agreements, previous proposals or companies that they are oral or written with respect to these issues. The interpretation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall in no way be modified by any oral explanation or oral information given by a party. You accept these terms and conditions under this Agreement without pressing another statement and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not been done in this Agreement.
